Terms and Conditions

We believe in complete transparency, which is why we’ve outlined our terms and conditions clearly below. These protect both you and our business, ensuring a smooth experience from consultation to completion.

Effective Date: January 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services or purchasing any products. By placing an order or booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Our Services

We provide automotive retrofit and installation services throughout the UK, specializing in Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. We offer three types of services:

Supply & Fit – We provide the product and install it at our garage or your location.

Supply Only – We sell you the product for self-installation.

Fit Only – You provide the parts and we install them for you.

Each service has specific terms outlined below.

 

2. Vehicle Compatibility

Our website includes a DVLA registration lookup tool to help you find the right products. When you enter your registration number, the system shows your car details and displays only compatible products. You cannot purchase items that don’t match your vehicle. If you have questions about compatibility, especially for complex configurations, please contact us before ordering.

 

3. Payment Terms

All prices are in GBP and include VAT. We may change prices without notice due to supplier costs or other factors beyond our control, but this won’t affect orders you’ve already paid for.

Standard Payment: Full payment is required when ordering.

Split Payment (installation orders only): Pay 50% when ordering and 50% on delivery. This option is only available for Supply & Fit services.

If our supplier increases prices after you’ve paid a deposit, you can either proceed at the new price or cancel for a full refund with no fees.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Installation Products (Supply & Fit): No shipping charge. You have to bring the product to your installation appointment.

Supply Only: Standard UK shipping rates apply, calculated at checkout based on product size and your location.

International Orders: Custom shipping charges apply. We’ll calculate the cost after you order and contact you for approval before shipping.

Special Order Items: Take 7-14 working days to arrive. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as they depend on manufacturer schedules.

 

5. Special Orders & Deposits

Special order items are products we don’t stock regularly and must order specifically for you. These require a 50% non-refundable deposit before we order from our supplier. This deposit covers our commitment to purchase the item on your behalf.

If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable because we’ve already committed to the supplier. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of ordering, we’ll try to cancel with the supplier. If successful, we’ll refund your full deposit. After 24 hours, cancellation becomes unlikely and the deposit will be retained.

 

6. Refunds (Supply & Fit Service)

You can request a refund within 14 days of installation. We charge a 20% handling fee on the total amount paid (including VAT) to cover administrative costs, installation and removal labor, and restocking.

Refund Conditions:

  • Products must be in exact original condition – fully functional, undamaged, and complete
  • We inspect all returns and reject damaged or modified items
  • Parking sensors and special order items cannot be refunded
  • Contact us via email with your invoice number, vehicle registration, installation date, and reason for refund

7. Returns (Supply Only Service)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery with a 20% handling fee. Products must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories and components included.

 

Important: Products damaged during your installation cannot be returned. Special order items cannot be returned. Contact us via email within 7 days for return authorization before sending anything back. You pay return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

We accept no liability for damage to you, your vehicle, or third parties during self-installation. If you’re unsure about installation, book our Supply & Fit service instead. For security, we only ship to your card’s registered billing address.

 

8. Appointments & Cancellations

When you book an appointment, we reserve time specifically for you. Please give us at least 7 days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Without proper notice, we charge a £75 + VAT cancellation fee.

We may waive this fee for genuine emergencies like serious illness or family emergencies. Contact us to discuss your situation.

 

9. Fit Only Service

We can install products from our website and many other aftermarket or OEM parts. Email us your part numbers and vehicle chassis number (VIN) before purchasing to confirm compatibility and get an installation quote.

 

Rates: £75 + VAT per hour for standard installations. Complex technical installations are charged at fixed rates quoted in advance. Call-out fees apply for mobile service.

 

Important Requirements: We need email confirmation before booking. For security-enabled components (engine control units, airbag modules, instrument clusters, etc.), you must provide a VAT receipt, V5C document, and photo ID before we can install.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Parts: If you supply wrong, incompatible, or faulty parts, we charge £75 + VAT per hour for all time spent, even if installation cannot be completed. We reserve the right to refuse installation of parts we believe may be stolen or if you cannot provide required documentation.

 

10. Warranties

Our Installation Work: 1-year guarantee from installation date. If problems arise from our installation errors, we’ll fix them at no charge.

Parts We Supply:

  • New VW/Audi OEM parts: 2-year warranty (3 years for brand new vehicles)
  • Refurbished parts: 1-year warranty
  • Aftermarket products: 12-month warranty (or manufacturer’s warranty if longer)

Warranty Service: All warranty work is done at our garage (return to base). Waiting time may be 2-5 weeks depending on parts availability and scheduling.

Making a Claim: Email us with your invoice number or registration, installation date, fault description, and contact number. Our technical team will respond by email or arrange a callback. Don’t arrive without contacting us first – we may not have availability or parts.

Important: Warranty is void if any third party (other garages, mechanics, or self-repair) works on our installation. Contact us first if you have problems.

 

11. Your Vehicle’s Manufacturer Warranty

Installing genuine VW/Audi retrofit parts or quality aftermarket parts won’t invalidate your manufacturer warranty if installed correctly. However, inform your dealership about our work before making any warranty claims. Keep your invoice from us as proof of work performed.

We’re happy to speak directly with dealership service advisors if they have questions about our work. This helps protect your manufacturer warranty rights.

 

12. Technical Support

For technical questions or if you’re supplying your own parts, contact us by email first. This allows our technical team to research properly and creates a written record. If you need a phone discussion, request a callback in your email.

We aim to respond to all emails within one business day.

 

13. Liability Limits

For Supply Only products, we accept no liability for damage during your self-installation. Our liability for Supply & Fit and Fit Only claims is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We’re not liable for indirect damages like lost income or alternative transportation costs.

This doesn’t limit our liability for death, personal injury from negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be legally limited.

 

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top shows when terms were last updated. Orders placed before changes are governed by the terms in effect at that time.
